Log on

1. Press the Message key or dial 6299 (you can access from home by dialing 907-6299)

2. Dial your extension followed by #

3. Enter your password followed by #

Change Your Password

1. Log on

2. Press 84

3. Enter new password (4 to 16 digits, cannot start with “0”) followed by #

4. Dial new password again followed by #

Record Your Name

1. Log on

2. Press 89

3. Press 5 (start speaking after the beep)

4. Press # when finished recording

Record Your Internal Greeting

1. Log on

2. Press 82

3. Press 1

4. Press 5 (start speaking after the beep)

5. Press # when finished recording

6. Press 2 to listen to greeting

Record Your External Greeting

1. Log on

2. Press 82

3. Press 2

4. Press 5 (start speaking after the beep)

5. Press # when finished recording

6. Press 2 to listen to greeting

Voicemail Playback Options

1 – Skip back 5 seconds 2 - Play message Again 3 – Skip forward 5 seconds

4 – Beginning of message 6 – Skip to end of message

76 – Delete message 9 – Call sender
